The Following Items Are All Recyclable:
Aerosol Cans
Empty cans completely before recycling

Rinse cans thoroughly then flatten to save space

Appliances
Air conditioners, dehumidifiers, dishwashers, dryers,
freezers, hot water tanks, irons, microwaves, ovens, ranges, refrigerators, toasters, trash compactors, VCR’s, washers – Recycle as scrap metal at the Knox County Recycling Center.
A fee may be charged for the removal of Freon from air conditioners, dehumidifiers, freezers and refrigerators.
