The Child Support Division of the Knox County Prosecutor's Office prosecutes cases involving parents who refuse to pay or are habitually late with court-ordered child support. The Support Enforcement Division works with the Child Support Agency of the Knox County Department of Job and Family Services in a cooperative effort to ensure that support orders are paid for the benefit of the children.
