With the start of the New Year, I just wanted to inform everyone of Auditor deadlines and other pertinet information.

Dog tag license renewal or purchase is due January 31, 2008. You can purchase them online or in the office.

March 3rd is the deadline for CAUV renewals to be filed in my office. CAUV stands for current agricultural use value and renewal forms will be mailed by January 15th. If you did not receive your renewal, you need to contact Connie Durbin at conniedurbin@co.knox.oh.us or call 740-393-6748.

Also, Board of Revision complaint forms are due in the Auditor’s Office by March 31st. They must be notarized and completed on or before that date for the Board of Revision to review any value problems.

For Homestead Applications, there is a new form that must be used from January, 2008 forward. The form can be accessed online or come into the office for a copy.
